Here are the platform agreements and purchase information for Puzzle Peace.

The free game and optional packs

The base game is free and includes a new Daily Puzzle every day and one free sample puzzle in each puzzle pack. The full Cozy Classics, Cozy Critters and Forest Hollow packs are optional one-time purchases, as is the Complete Collection bundle. On Steam, packs are sold as downloadable content (DLC); on iPad they are in-app purchases. Check the relevant store listing for current availability, pricing, supported devices, and the content included with each purchase.

Playing through Steam

Steam accounts, purchases, and use of the Steam service are governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement and any additional terms shown with the product. Steam’s refund conditions are available in its refund policy.

Playing through the App Store

For an App Store release, Apple’s standard End User License Agreement applies unless a custom agreement is provided with the app. App Store purchases are also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services terms.

Optional gameplay analytics

Puzzle Peace can share optional gameplay statistics to help improve the game. A first-use message offers “Continue with sharing” and “No thanks.” Collection begins only after you confirm sharing. Your choice can be changed in Settings → Privacy & analytics. It is not required to play or purchase puzzle packs. Our privacy policy explains the information collected, retention, and your choices. Accepting platform terms does not enable analytics.

Purchase help

For billing or refund questions, start with the store where you made the purchase: Steam Support or Apple purchase support. This page does not limit any consumer rights you have under applicable law.
